(1) The Procedure in OPT Hair Removal Treatment

a. The procedure involves using a handpiece that give mild sunburn sensation / tingling sensation that feels like rubber band snapping

b. There might be temporary redness and slight edema / swelling post treatment

c. Skin may experience itching and dryness post treatment. The consultant or therapist may suggest skin prepping treatment that may incur additional costs in the event that my skin shows symptoms of dryness or sensitivity that makes it unsuitable for the treatment.

(2) Benefits of the OPT Hair Removal Treatment

1. Short treatment time: The treatment only lasts 5 to 10 minutes per sessions

2. Non-invasive: Does not cause any wound, bleeding or trauma to the skin

3. Painless: No need for anesthesia as OPT uses mild thermal energy coupled with cooling technology. It is normal to have sensation that feels like rubber band snapping.
